Now that you have competed the Octathalon Course, what are your thoughts on the whole experience and would you like to continue with more group personal training sessions and compete again to improve your time?
“I’ve really enjoyed the experience and would really like the classes to continue. I would definitely participate again to improve my time.” Shonagh P.
