THREE LICENSE BANDS
To run Octathalon induction classes, Octathalon classes and local events in clubs, you need to have an Octathlon license. The cost of this depends on the number of Octathalon Trainers you want in your club and the status of the personal trainers with regards to any financial agreement they have with the club with regards to earnings.
The licenses are available in three bands depending on the number of Octathalon trainers wanted at a club. The number of trainers will dictate the potential number of courses that can be run. The minimum band is for one trainer, the middle band for two and for three or more the top band is applicable.

OCTATHALON TRAINER AGENCIES
All fully licensed Octathalon trainers may apply to become an Agent by purchasing an Agent pack. In this there is an agency agreement form to be signed and returned to us. Details of Agents remunerations will also be included as will Club application forms and license agreements and everything needed for an Agent to begin. All Octathalon trainer Agents can sign up any club in their country except for their own.
INDEPENDENT AGENCIES
Any one who feels they are in a favourable position to sign up several clubs to Octathalon licenses can apply in writing to become an Independent Octathalon Agent. They must be able to show that they can attract several clubs with their contacts as well as show that they have sufficient time and resources to be able to do the work effectively and efficiently. Agents in this category can also go on to benefit from signing up National Associations although these introductions must be done hand in hand with the Association. In order to sign up National Associations, it must be evidenced that the organisation in the new country is best placed to promote the Octathalon in that country. It is the Association that will have the final decision on this.

In addition to remunerations in initial and renewal commissions agents can also benefit from discounted rates on the prices of items that the association retails.
