The Octathalon Courses

The Octathalon format is the same for all courses. The same exercises must be done in the same order under the Octathalon rules. What differs from one course to the next are the distances, weights and repetitions and this is what gives the Octathalon its wide range of appeal.

Short Course An introductory course for beginners
Club Course A course for gym members to first aspire to.
Cup Course A course for those aspiring to a more muscular physique where the balance is more weighted on the strength side. Contact us if you can do this under 10 mins - you will be one of very few who have.
Ultra-Octathalon Club Course A course where there is more weighted balance on the cardio vascular side as opposed to the strength side and a course for those people not wishing to develop a more extreme muscular shape but wanting to develop keen muscle definition.
Ultra-Octathalon Cup Course This demanding course requires a carefully balanced training program between weights and CV. A sub 20 min time will put you amongst the best
Rock Octathalon Course A perfect course for those body builders wishing to include a small amount of CV in their training
Ironman Octathalon Course A tough endurance course not for the faint hearted that will take the best of you around 45mins to complete
Junior Boys Octathalon If you think you are fit, try this course. If you cannot do it under 12 mins you could get far fitter with a bit of practice. Training for this will give you a great start to any sporting life.
Junior Girls Octathalon Doing this course will give you shape and definition in next to no time as well as giving you that great feeling of being fit. You will also be able to save yourself loads of time by just running through this course every time you go to the gym. You could be in and out of the gym in only half an hour.
