The Octathalon Courses

There are 3 Octathalon courses to choose from and they have been designed so that one of them will be suitable for almost everybody.

They differ in that the Cup course has the greater weights and requires greater strength. The Club course has lighter weights but the same number of repetition requirement and this throws more emphasis on the cardiovascular elements within the sport. The short course is an introductory course for training purposes and has the lighter weights but with lower numbers of repetitions required.
