The Short Course

The Short course was designed as an entry level to the Octathalon for everyone new to exercise or those that are beginning to return to exercise after a long period off. This course, in conjunction with the Induction course, is a perfect initiation into the health and fitness enviroment. After the ten week induction and completion of this course you will feel better than you have for a long time. It is a great preparation to going on to do the Club course.
