Have a go yourself and compare how good you are against the best as well as that give yourself a goal to do a faster time. It is also a great way to measure your progression to greater levels of all round health and fitness.

The Mens and Women's Masters categories are for those people who are the age of 39 and over on the date of the National Octathalon event each year.
Some of the pages include split times for the Bike, Rower and the Treadmill. These splits include the time taken for the transition from the last exercise to the completion of the required distance.
The Pairs events for the CUP course and the CLUB course use different weights and distances than the individual event. Check the Octathalon Courses for details on all these.
