EXPERIENCE
Our team have run National and International sporting events since the 1980's. We have successfully run the UK's top National Cross training event - The Octathalon Cup for the last 4 years. It is by far and away the most prestigous event on the calendar, attracting the very best, and some competitors will only ever do our events as they are that well run.
If you have ever been to a poorly run event, you will never want to return back. We are in business to ensure that never happens and that competitors get good value.
We are happy to offer the benefits of our experience to new event organisers to cater to the growing demand that has been building now for the last 4 years. We have a database of over 1000 people from all around the UK who have expressed a desire to compete in their emails to us and we need organisers who can run good well structured events that conform to our rules, exercise limits and guidelines.
We can help in all areas from Judging to Timekeeping and can train people up to do this for you.
INSURANCE
Because of the World we live in today, we need to be mindfull of health and safety and all our organisers must have liability insurance that meets the demands of the racing on an individual. As part of your license agreement with us, we provide that insurance at a small cost per competitor. The real benefit to you is that it also give the owner of the venue you choose to use full sporting and race liability cover to for the event.
CONTRACT
All organisers are required to sign a contract with us which is now normal to all serious sports. Copies of this will be sent to you if you are still interested after initial discussions. Depending on your input and desire, we may wish to promote your event into one of the top events in the country where you will be able to benefit from our National sponsors.

EVENT COURSES
There are several event courses you could run and we have a selection of the best ones you can choose from all that follow our rules, exercise limits and guidelines.
The Octathalon Courses are the most popular and are far in the way the best format of course you can ever find. However only personal Trainers who are fully licensed Octathalon Trainers can run events with these courses. If you are a personal trainer then we would prefer and recommend you to go down this approach as it will be far more beneficially financially to you with all the associated group training programs.
If you are not a personal trainer and would like to run a UKXTA approved event, then we would still like to help
Limited Opportunity
Aside from the Octathalon, we feel that there are only 5 or 6 other really good cross training courses that can be made up from out of all the gym equipment exercises that fall under our rules and guidelines. Under the terms of any agreement we have with an organiser, if they choose to select one of our courses, then no one else will run that course, it will be theirs for the duration of the time they wish to be an organiser. This means that there really is a limited opportunity and the first 5 -6 organisers that want to run with these courses and they will end up with one of the top courses in the country and will likely go on to be part of a fantastic, elite circuit of events that we promote.
Potential Earnings
Running an event is hard work but it is possible to get 100 people through a course in a full day. A typical entry fee for a top promoted event will be around £30. There are deductions to be made for insurance, that we provide, and for paying for helpers on the day as well as some prizes. We provide marketing support with all the forms you will need to use beforehand and on the day and we will even post the results on the website and update the ranking lists. If you are short of equipment we can provide at a small hire & delivery cost some of this as well.
Future earnings potential can come from sponsorship monies for the really successful and popular events. This uncaps your earnings potential.
