A nice example of one of the many close finishes we get in the Octathalon

Quite a few of you have pointed out to us that the competitor from Kent was quite clearly cheating when doing the Step ups (by leaning back far too far and not getting up on top of the box). We have been assured by the judges that these were not counted as full repetitions and that they went on to instruct him how to do an Octathalon step up correctly. Although he ended up doing many more we do not believe it would have changed the end result.
